Out Of The Sun

Make a cup of coffee, one eye open, find your way to the bookshelf, grab the camera that is always there, make your way to the balcony, eyes now blinded from the rising sun directly in front of you forty degrees above the horizon, you find the folding chair and plop onto it, cup of coffee placed carefully next to the chair on the glass table, camera on lap, you hear something off in the distance, birds excited, you glance up remembering you didn’t check your camera settings for anything yet, and out of the sun comes this magnificent creature, and you have roughly four seconds…

That’s what I like most about photography…
